It’s really just a series of conversations about what we do, and how and why we do it, intended to help us understand your experience and ambitions, and to allow you to see whether Cognifide might be the place for you. And it all starts with you sending us a CV.

Within 48 hours we will let you know that we've received your application. Remember to add the personal data protection clause to your CV.


Tell us about your abilities and recent projects. Add links to your portfolio and Github. Let us know about any certificates you may have or anything else that tells us more about you. You can send your CV in Polish or English. We aim to respond to every message from you within 48 hours.

Telephone interview

We would love to talk to you about what you know and do. This call is usually around 15 minutes.

We will call you at an agreed time. Please make sure that you are in the right environment to talk to us. Since we use English in our daily work, we would like to talk to in English during all our interviews.

Technical task

The technical task checks that you have the relevant skills for a particular position. You'll solve it in your own time, at home, and send your solution back to us.

Comment on your solution and validate your choices - this will help us to better understand how you think. Show us your creativity and knowledge. 

Technical interview

You will meet our specialists from the relevant technical teams. Put aside roughly 2 hours for a conversation about your skills and experience.


Sometimes there is more than one right answer. We want to understand your line of thought. Be prepared to write code on paper.

Company interview

During this 1.5 hour meeting you will chat to the Head of the Practice that you want to join and one person from our HR team. You will talk about your experience and mutual expectations.

We love to meet people! We're curious about you - we like to ask lots of questions and find out more about you. We will also gladly answer all of your questions.

Induction Programme

You will spend the first two weeks at Cognifide getting to know the company, Practices, projects and tools. We will support you along the way.
