Programme Overview

In the beginning

Congratulations, you have successfully completed the interview stages. Welcome to Cognifide! You’ll join other graduates to begin your journey as a Digital Graduate Associate.

Learning about Cognifide

During the first few weeks of the programme, you will learn how Cognifide has evolved as a company. You’ll learn about our different Centres of Excellence (that’s how we’re structured), how we work with our clients and how we operate. You’ll be given an exciting opportunity to spend a week in Poznan, gaining insight into our processes, innovations and technology.

There’ll be plenty of time to get to know your colleagues and you’ll be given competency training sessions to improve your consulting and analytical skills by our subject matter experts.

Learn, develop and execute

The Digital Graduate Coordinators will look after you during the program. A work buddy will be assigned to help you settle into the company. You'll be able to choose a mentor, following some fun speed dating sessions, who can advise and support you with your career progression.

You’ll work directly on projects, learning how we help our clients determine the best solutions to achieve their business goals. You’ll shadow senior employees, learn best practices, discover new innovations and develop your own research project, giving you the chance to contribute on what you have learned during the six months.

The end - new beginnings

When you have successfully completed the programme, you’ll have developed strong presentation, consulting and analytical skills. Graduation marks a special milestone and is really something to celebrate. You’ll now have a clear idea of what Cognifide does as a company and have embraced the culture. You'll be ready to take the next career steps as an Associate Digital Consultant or as an Associate Digital Experience Analyst.
