Junior Service Coordinator

As part of our Business Solution Management team you will

  • Work in the team that supports web applications after project phase delivery
  • Ensure timely resolution of raised issues in collaboration with the technical support team, suppliers and other 3rd parties 
  • Manage services for international customers with support from other Service Coordinators
  • Execute service management processes (ITIL based) using best practices in order to deliver the most optimized IT services for customers
  • Manage tasks for engineering team based on the customer requirements using Jira
  • Learn how to connect an agile approach with service management on a daily basis

  • Can communicate in English fluently (min. B2/C1)
  • Have analytical skills to listen to technical teams inputs and find out potential risks

  • Feel comfortable working with computer software

It would be a plus if you are familiar with any of the following

  • ITIL framework (ITIL certificate would be an asset)
  • Content Management Systems
  • Ticket management systems (e.g. Jira)
