We work as agile teams and create our own products, including Zen Garden, our site development accelerator and authoring tool and other, open-source tools such as Knot.x, Bobcat and AET.

IT Support Engineer

As a part of IT team you will:

  • Perform software installations, upgrades as well as configure customer-specific software
  • Collaborate with Information Technology teams to update workflow processes impacting multiple teams
  • Review team’s current processes and recommend improvements
  • Provide remote as well as on-site support with moderately complex technical issues to your colleagues company-wide (investigate, research, and resolve issues)
  • Manage wide-known systems like Jira, Jenkins, Confluence, Azure, Bitbucket, Active Directory
  • Create and manage documentation regarding installation guides and workflow processes
  • Train users and communicate policies and standards to improve software performance and service quality
  • Be responsible for the information security of your colleagues' by giving appropriate access to systems managed by IT team
     

We expect you to bring

  • Knowledge of Windows/MacOS/Linux and Windows servers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (operating systems and software)
  • Basic Linux skills (you need to be able to move freely in terminal, create and delete documents)
  • Technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good English skills (min. B2)

It would be a plus if you have

  • Experience with at least one of the following: Python/Powershell/Bash
  • Prior experience with REST API
  • Working experience with Jira
  • Previous experience with ITIL/Agile methodology
