Service Coordination Intern

During the internship you will get to know how to: 

  • Work in the team that supports web applications after project delivery phase 
  • Manage services for international customers 
  • Use ITIL processes and best practices to deliver optimized IT services 
  • Manage tasks for engineering team using Jira 
  • Connect an agile approach with service management on a daily basis 

It is a great opportunity if you:
