As an non-exhasutive overview, HR is responsible for the creation and implementation of all processes related to recruitment, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits. 

The People Business Partner is an ambassador of Cognifide culture and the teams that operate in the UK and US. You will be a part of the Talent team and will report to the Global Head of Talent located in PoznaƄ/Poland.

HR Business Partner

As a part of our team you will:

  • Support and develop leaders to promote an elite performance culture.
  • Engage and influence senior leaders to support and implement consistent HR initiatives, processes and policies across the organisation.
  • Lead and develop the UK Talent team and collaborate with PL Talent team
  • Ensure effective implementation, integration, and feedback for employees
  • Diagnose development needs and execute a comprehensive development strategy
  • Work with Finance and external payroll provider to ensure payroll and benefits are processed timely and efficiently
  • Use company data to make recommendations and identify trends that focus on helping the Talent Team for future initiatives
  • Build leadership capability through coaching, advice and learning events
  • Lead Talent Planning process, outcomes and follow up actions
  • Partner with Recruitment on talent pipeline and resourcing needs
  • Lead globally aligned programs.Provide support and guidance on strategic changes


  • 5+ years of HR & Talent / People Management experience in a rapidly scaling tech company
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
  • Wide talent management knowledge, track record in increasing the engagement and effectiveness of the groups
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and employment law
  • Analytically driven; proficient with data-driven analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
