The role of the HR Associate is crucial in supporting our biggest asset – our employees. The HR team is responsible for the creation and implementation of all processes related to hiring, performance management, compensation and benefits.

HR Associate

Experience, skills & qualifications



  • Gathering and inputting changes to the monthly payroll data 
  • Ensuring that all payroll and HR administration is accurate and up to date including where required, liaison with the finance team and ADP for processing 
  • Responding to both employees ad hoc and payroll related queries 

New starters/leavers 

  • Preparing and sending out contracts and offer letters for all new hires  
  • Managing the new starter/changes and leaver processes and preparinge all documentation 
  • Conducting exit interviews and collating data 

Other HR tasks

  • Dealing with manager and employee queries including leave, flexible working etc. 
  • Providing administration support to the team regarding employee relations issues  
  • Monitoring and reconciling employees holiday balances as well as absence management, producing the relevant reports as required 
  • Enrolling new starters into the benefits system, lapsing leavers and sending out communication regarding updates on these or changes to policies, law updates 
  • Sending probation reminders and confirmation letters to employees 
  • Supporting salary review and bonus cycles and sending out confirmation letters 
  • Contribution and input into ad hoc projects 
  • Collaborating effectively with the HR team in the wider Wunderman Group and Polish HR team to ensure processes and practices are consistent and aligned  
  • Approving timesheets and overseeing contract extensions  
  • Supporting learning and development: collaboration with external suppliers and organisation for delivery, internal communication and coordination   


  • Super-organised, able to prioritise and manage workload efficiently 
  • Able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels 
  • Motivated to drive your own personal development and are keen to further develop your career in HR 
  • Proactive with a great attention to detail 
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Experience using ADP is preferable
