EMEA Partner Sales Manager

Our Team & Objectives 

Our Business Development uses a largely team-based approach, drawing on the respective strengths of each of our business areas - such as business analysis, architecture and design, consultancy and technology. The Business Development team works closely with the company as a whole (including the board) to remove uncertainty and risk, while raising the standard of thinking and delivery above our competitors. Due to our broad network of existing clients and many ongoing marketing campaigns you will be faced a with constant stream of new opportunities. 

    Key objectives for the Partner Sales Manager:

    • Align key resources to identify and close new opportunities identified through our partner network to increase revenue for WT Technology
    • Identify & manage key stakeholders across WPP, WT and Adobe
    • Define the execution approach, communicating the approach to both the client teams and the internal WT disciplines as well as providing oversight of business development activities.

    As a Partner Sales Manager across Wunderman Thompson Technology you will be responsible for managing relationships with our strategic partnerships.  

      The Partner Sales Manager will be supporting the Sales team by:

      • Shaping and implementing Partner New Business Strategies - meeting defined revenue targets from partner channels
      • Generating leads through WPP and WT’s Partner network, through effective lead qualification and sales acumen and assist in converting these into revenue 
      • Identifying and managing Partner-generated pipeline to deliver revenue opportunities
      • Managing uncertainty and risk, while raising the standard of thinking and delivery above our competitors
      • Close collaboration with Marketing, New Business and Sales teams
      • Supporting WT client services business development via partners
      • Drafting RFI responses
      • Project management of chemistry meetings and project pitches 
      • Supporting Marketing in maintaining joint creds and event execution 

      What we’re looking for:

      • Experience of identifying market opportunities and building a realistic plan to unlock this revenue
      • Ability to create and qualify leads. Working with partners to understand requirements and demonstrate that various services and products meet their needs 
      • Proven track record of supporting sales teams through successful sales process including pitching, selling and responding to RFPs in a consultative B2B sales process
      • Industry experience across either Consultancy, Digital, Change Management or Enterprise Software
      • An interest in the digital world, particularly an appreciation of digital marketing and customer engagement 
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
      • Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in a short timeframe
      • Collaborative and proactive mindset: an excellent team player able to work closely with technical sales and business development colleagues 
      • Based in London and initially working remotely but happy to travel in the future
