XChange is a brand new event, hosted by Cognifide and Wunderman Thompson Commerce and kindly sponsored by Adobe.
It will bring together some of the brightest minds in the business for an afternoon of high level discussion around Customer Experience themes, trends and emerging tech. In particular we’ll explore the intersection of content and commerce as the two become more and more intertwined.
Building on Cognifide’s ever popular Unconference, we’ll ask you to leave the day-to-day at the door and join us in reimagining Customer Experience. Powerpoint is strictly banned, there’s no force feeding of content and there’s no back row in which to snooze. XChange is all about collaborative, democratic peer-to-peer discussion and sharing.
XChange will be attended by digital leaders from our client organisations that include Ford, EY, Unilever, GSK, Selfridges and Boden. Come with an opinion or two and the will to get stuck in. Chatham House rules apply.
As the afternoon draws to a close, we’ll take the discussion upstairs to the stunning panoramic rooftop of the Courthouse Hotel for a drinks reception and Summer BBQ. This will be a great networking opportunity with some of the best views in London.

Unconference is an awkward word, it doesn’t really give any clues as to what it entails or how one would go about participating. The reality of an unconference event however, is inclusive, collaborative, democratic and, in our experience, nothing less than totally inspiring and invigorating.
