Where we are

Cognifide was first established in Poznań, western Poland; it’s where our engineering centre is located, and it’s still the heart of the company.

But as we’ve grown and acquired a bigger roster of clients, we’ve opened offices in other places around the world. And as we’ve realised our ambition to work with global brands, we’ve also found ourselves embedding project teams with clients a whole lot more. Take a look at our world.

  • Austin
Experience the eclectic live-music scene, boating on calm lakes, or the adrenaline of Formula One Grand Prix. The state capital of Texas, hosts it all! Known as the ‘City of the Violet Crown,’ Austin amazes with its incredible skyline and colourful sunsets.
  • Grand Rapids
Thanks to its many local breweries, Grand Rapids, Michigan is often referred to as Beer City. On another culinary note, it is also the birthplace of Red Hot Chilli Peppers’ frontman, Anthony Kiedis. The sculpture ‘La Grande Vitesse’ is a city landmark and its name translates directly as ‘Grand Rapids’.
  • Seattle
This seaport city in Washington is proud of its music history. This is where Jimi Hendrix was born, and bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and the Foo Fighters started out. Surrounded by mountains, forests, and water, Seattle is an inspiration for art and business and home to much of the US tech industry.
  • Kansas City
Kansas City is in the state of Missouri - the only place in the world where you can legally clone humans. Also known as The City of Fountains, it has more boulevards than any other city - except for Paris of course. Perfect for long walks!
  • Detroit
'Transcending’ is the name given to the Labor Legacy Landmark and Detroit’s best-known sculpture. It commemorates the state’s contribution to the Labor Movement. A fitting gesture for a city famous worldwide for its car industry.
  • New York
Did you know that the Chrysler building was once the tallest building in the world? Lucky for us we're only 4 blocks from this iconic beauty and we also have great views of the Empire State Building.
  • New Jersey
If you ever want to watch the waves of the Atlantic from the back of an elephant, we recommend that you visit New Jersey and Lucy. This unexpected monument is the oldest roadside tourist attraction in the United States.
  • Bristol
Did you know, that the Clifton Suspension Bridge was finished over 150 years ago? It was also the location for the first ever bungee jump. Bristol is where trip-hop was born and where you’ll find many of Banksy’s artworks. Here we work with local clients and would recommend a visit.
  • London
Our HQ is located within the fabulous Wunderman Thompson Campus at Greater London House. We’re in the heart of Camden, famous worldwide for its market and music scene, and a stone’s throw from Kings Cross and Euston mainline stations.
  • Copenhagen
Hans Christian Andersen wrote The Little Mermaid almost 200 years ago. Today we can see her figure in the port of Copenhagen. Another cool thing about the Danish capital is that more of its people ride bikes than drive cars.
  • Zeist
This small town, close to Utrecht, is known for the beautiful forests that surround it and the charming castle, Slot Zeist, with its ravishing gardens, that you can visit on the way to Utrecht.
  • Poznań
The goats on top of the City Hall of Great Poland’s capital run into each other at noon every day. In Cognifide’s Poznań office, close to Citadel Park, you’ll find around 200 people and some serious feel good vibes. And there’s even more of us working remotely from Wrocław, Szczecin and Białystok.
  • Bydgoszcz
Bydgoszcz is an incredible city, known for its many canals and parks. In fact, it’s nicknamed “Little Amsterdam” or “ the Venice of the North”. If you walk along the Brda river, with its views of the city’s historic buildings and modern architecture, you’ll come across Towarowa street, where you’ll find our team.
  • Basel
This Swiss city is located on the French and German border. Its famous, annual festival Morgenstraich starts on a Monday at 4am and lasts 72 hours. If you’re visiting Switzerland, you may also find some of us in Zurich, the biggest city in the country.
  • Munich
The capital of Bavaria is where the most famous german festival - Octoberfest - takes place. Frauenkirche, or the Cathedral Church of Our Lady, offers a breathtaking view of the city.
  • Cape Town
You really need to see Cape Town from the sky. Not only does their landmark stadium look better from there but it’s also the best view you’ll get of the iconic Table Mountain. Closer to the sea, however, you’ll love the city’s stunning beaches and you can try your hand at wreck diving if you’re an adventure lover!
  • Shanghai
Shanghai translates literally as “onward to the sea”. The city is known as the “Queen of the Orient”, it’s China’s biggest city and the third biggest port in the world. You can’t fail to pick out the Oriental Pearl Tower on its horizon.
  • Yokohama
The Landmark Tower in Yokohama is 296 meters tall, so it’s no surprise that it’s the spot that offers the best views of the city. Yokohama is also home to the largest Chinatown in Japan with over 500 Chinese restaurants.
  • Sydney
With the Pacific on one side and the Blue Mountains on the other, Sydney boasts the most famous opera house in the world and the enormous Harbour Bridge that connects the Northern and Eastern parts of the city. It also has thousands of beaches with very curious names, and even more coffeehouses, since its residents are apparently addicted to coffee.
