Cognifide Digital Academy
In our London head office we run a 12 month graduate scheme, which we call our Digital Academy. If you join the scheme, you’ll be known as a Digital Ninja and you’ll work closely with a senior member of our Professional Services team.
Professional Services is what we call the people who work with our clients to make sure they have the people, processes and operating models in place to maximise the value of the technical solutions we build for them. They’re also the people who feed our engineering machine, specifying the right solution accurately and building it efficiently, then maintaining and evolving it.
And as a Digital Ninja, you’ll be in the thick of things, working with the team to help identify, analyse, and document the best digital solutions and customer experiences we can offer.
Training (months one and two)
Rotation (months three and four)
Client exposure (months five and six)
Graduate (months seven to 12)
When is the next Digital Academy intake?
We will be taking applications for this year’s intake from January to May. The final round of the recruitment process will take place in July, with interviews leading up to it from the date of the first applications. If all goes well, you will be joining us in the first week of August.
Take a step back and think about who you are. Are you someone with a strong mind and an even stronger character? Someone with a huge desire to learn, who’s not afraid to fail, and who never stops moving because life’s too short to stand still and not improve? If you graduated last year or are due to graduate this summer, then you qualify for our graduate scheme.
We’re looking for people who are analytical, commercially astute, and passionate about all things digital. While most of the graduates we recruit will have a degree in computing or something similar, we’re happy to take graduates in other disciplines. But if we do, you’ll need to show us you’re enthusiastic and determined enough to do the work needed to catch up.
Throughout the programme, you will have the full support of the company and the people in it. You should be knowledge-hungry but not afraid to ask for help when you need it. We want self-starters who also know when to put their hand up.
