Our main office is in Poznań, Poland, on Aleja Wielkopolska in a converted villa that we've all to ourselves. The building's spread over 3 floors, plus a basement cafe/chill-out area in 3000 sq m of gardens, and we think it's beautifully kitted out. The office is centrally located, with good tram and bus links, plenty of parking space, a bike rack and is only 20 minutes walk from the old town.

Most development happens here in small teams with their own project rooms, equipped with whiteboards, flipcharts and lots of space for ad-hoc meetings. It's designed to balance working together on the one hand with a quiet environment that allows people to get their heads down and get on with things without disturbance. Of course, we try to supply our developers with the best equipment we can, and everybody has modern machines, big dual-monitor setups (at least!), and a comfy, quiet environment in which to work.

Staying in touch with the UK and our clients is a critical part of our success. All our developers engage directly with clients in the UK. This means using tools, such as Skype, email, conference calls and collaboration software to stay in touch with both clients and the UK engagement team. Travel is also important, with clients and the UK team coming out to Poland and members of the Polish team travelling to the UK to keep the communication flowing.
