Miro Walker, Chief Executive Officer
Miro is CEO and a co-founder of Cognifide. He is responsible for Cognifide's commercial and financial management, as well as having responsibility for ensuring the success Cognifide's healthcare related clients.
Miro has over 13 years of commercial software development and IT consulting experience. He has consulted across a broad range of industries, including retail, media, telecommunications and healthcare.
Stuart Dean, Chief Operations Officer
Stuart is co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of Cognifide. His role is to ensure Cognifide's projects are delivered successfully and profitably, and that the company maintains the exceptional quality and enthusiasm of its team. Stuart is driven by a desire to deliver technology projects by building effective teams that understand both the deep technical issues and the business needs of clients.
Having started his working life in electrical / electronic engineering Stuart moved into the IT industry in 1998 as a Java specialist. Since then he has delivered projects in a variety of roles from hands-on development, architecture, planning, project and client management and user interface design and consultancy.
Dr. Cleve Gibbon, Chief Technology Officer
Cleve is Cognifide's Chief Technology Officer. Cleve has a solid background in delivering large scale, transactional systems from inception through to deployment across a wide range of sectors including education, investment banking and media.
At Cognifide, Cleve provides technology strategy and strives to improve the way the company turns technology into solutions for its clients. Cleve is also responsible for building links into academic institutions, running lectures and internship programmes as part of Cognifide's efforts to hire the very best talent.
Before joining Cognifide in 2007, Cleve trained and mentored Fortune 100 companies and project managed, architected and developed a number of next generation trading applications within the finance sector. With a strong academic background, Cleve continues to lecture, provide commentary and write papers within the software industry.

Ray Kane, Business Development Director
Ray leads our Business Development and Clients Services functions. He is responsible for bringing new clients in and keeping our existing ones happy!
He has over 30 years of experience in the computing and Internet world starting as a mainframe computer operator and covering such diverse skills as system programming and architecture, partner management and business development.
Ray’s broad experience includes working for American Express, Oyster Partners, BP, NatWest, the Prudential and the little known but highly regarded dot-bomb CubicEgg.
