Jemima Gibbons

Jemima is an award-winning social media consultant and author. She picked up her comms skills in the 1990s, producing talk shows and factual entertainment for the likes of Sky, ITV and MTV. The love of Jerry Springer-esque drama and fascination with everyday stories made her an early convert to the power of "social" media. In 2001, she took an MBA in eBusiness, won a distinction for her dissertation at RDF Television, and set up consultancy iKnowHow - advising clients how to work with interactive, digital technologies. 

Jemima's critically acclaimed book on social media and management, “Monkeys with Typewriters” was published by Triarchy Press in 2009. Jemima is a founder member of the Hospital Club (London’s club for creative entrepreneurs) and an RSA Fellow. She recently stood down from the RSA Fellowship Council where she served three years as an elected Councillor, chairing the digital engagement working group from inception and representing Fellows on the inaugural Technology Strategy Programme Board.


Chris Vezey

Working for Lotus Development/IBM for thirteen years, Chris held a number of senior sales and marketing positions including UK Technical Sales Manager, Country Sales Manager (Scotland) and European Product Marketing Manager.

Following an extended sabbatical which found Chris teaching English in a Venezuelan mountain town, Chris returned to the UK and joined Sitecore as Business Development Manager. Drawing on Chris’s long experience of software sales and sales management, Chris is now Sales Director of Sitecore UK.

Agencies: ex-Creative Director & board director of Saatchi & Saatchi. In addition to this, Chris has been Creative Director of Draft Worldwide, Alliance International, Stretch the Horizon and was founder and CD of both FEEL and BLAC, and not forgetting Head of Art at McCann’s. 

Board member of the DMA (Europe’s largest marketing trade body), Chairman of the Creative Council and Chairman of the Agencies Council. Chris is Creative Partner and founder of the Creative Orchestra.

Author of ‘Ethical Marketing & The New Consumer’ and currently writing ‘THUNK – a different way to think’ and ‘Maverick Brands’.

Chris writes for many publications, on- and off-line, and writes one of the leading blogs on Brand Republic. He has appeared many times on the BBC & Channel 4 as a marketing expert and lectures at major marketing conferences all over the world.  

And no, he never sleeps!
